Besides THAT Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?

It made me think that the collapse of our Empire is going to be kind of long and drawn out. I almost long for the good old days of the Cold War, when the end of the American and Soviet Empires would end in a few seconds, kinda like this classic depiction from Stanley Kubrick.
Here’s a question for y’all…. if the missile is a metaphor for our collapsing empire…. who’s going to be riding the missile?
