Help the Fighting 29th!
On Thursday, Aug. 9 Americans Against Escalation in Iraq will be holding a press conference/rally at Lafayette Park in Watkins Glen. We will meet in the park at 11:30 a.m. and the event will start at noon. Featured Speakers will include Reverends, Priests, Chaplains and other leaders of the local Faith Community.
We are trying to turn out big numbers at this event to welcome Randy Kuhl home for his “vacation” and to let him know that when he returns to Washington he has a job to do–first and foremost to end this war and start bringing our troops home.
